Lower Manhattan is now currently in the transition period of the Commercial Waste Zone (CWZ) program under NYC Local Law 199, as of April 1, 2026. All businesses must select an authorized hauler and sign a contract before the end of the transition period on May 31, 2026. As an authorized carter, Action Environmental provides reliable, sustainable waste management services here.
