As part of this transition, we have upgraded our billing and payment systems to a simpler, more secure platform, Billtrust. You should have already received your first invoice from the new system. This invoice includes instructions on signing up for the Billtrust portal and a unique token to enroll.
Additionally, the following changes are in effect as of February 20, 2026:
AutoPayments: Any existing autopay or ACH arrangements are no longer active as of February 20, 2026. You need to re-enroll for AutoPayments in the Billtrust platform.
Filcocarting.com: The bill pay portal on filcocarting.com has been replaced by Billtrust as of as of February 20, 2026.
