As part of this transition, we are upgrading our billing and payment systems to a simpler, more secure platform, Billtrust. You will soon receive your first invoice from the new system. This invoice includes instructions on signing up for the Billtrust portal and a unique token to enroll.
You will need to be enrolled in Billtrust prior to February 20, 2026, when the following changes will take place:
AutoPayments: Any existing autopay or ACH arrangements will no longer be active as of February 20, 2026. You need to re-enroll for AutoPayments in the Billtrust platform.
Filcocarting.com: The bill pay portal on filcocarting.com will be replaced by Billtrust on February 20, 2026.
